Merry Chrismukkah!

As you may or may not know, tonight was the last night of Hanukkah and Ari, Melissa and I gathered to have a mini Chrismukkah party. Well it wasn't really a party but we got together and exchanged gifts while combining our beliefs this holiday season. We of course had our little celebration take place in the cougar den, duh! You probably have no idea what that is, it can be another story for another night if you're really curious.

After Chrismukkah, I went back to Melissa's house to have a Hanukkah dinner with her family, so delicious I have to say, all compliments to her wonderful madre. Warning: Dancing with the Stars for the Wii is an addicting workout so be sure to be hydrated before taking part in it! We seriously played it for so long! Then once the headaches appeared we decided to sit down and knit (which I enjoy a lot now).


I should get to bed now so tomorrow I dont waste my day by sleeping in too late. Lots to do tomorrow including appling to college all over again... it's nowhere near as exciting as the first time around. Oh well. Goodnight all!

PS...This blog was the biggest pain. I don’t know what’s going on, but I only have one picture up since I couldn’t get them in the places I wanted them and it’s not keeping up with my typing. Let’s hope for better luck next time!

Miracle

Here I am again rolling into the house late. Well actually I got home a half an hour ago but I had to take off my make up, brush my teeth and all that fun stuff. I really need to go to sleep since I have church in the morning so I'll try and keep this short and sweet.

Tonight after having dinner with Melissa and her family, we came home and watched Miracle since it was playing on TV... I LOVED IT.
I remember it came out awhile back and I always wanted to see it but never did until now. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend you do. It was truly inspiring and you fall in love with this team and cant help but root for them.

Anyways, I just really loved the movie and I had to share! I love good friends and late night talks. They're the best. I also love being in a good state of mind where you just go with the flow, it makes life a lot easier. Trust in God, he never fails!

Take One

Well here I am taking a spin at the blog world. I don't really know what to tell you to expect from this since I myself don't even know yet. My mind just never really shuts off so I'm going to let it explode here. Some posts will probably fun and hopefully make you laugh, then there will probably be those that actually have some depth to them. We'll see where the wind blows us! I'm currently writing this at 12:45 AM, this will come as no surprise, I go to sleep way too late.

I have had an amazing year and I think(hope) that 2009 will bring just as much excitement and growing opportunities. This really has been one heck of a ride. Be expecting a post before the new year, I feel like reflecting.
