SYTYCD

I have just been so moved that I felt compelled to write about it. Over the summer my favorite show is without a doubt, So You Think You Can Dance. There is currently nothing to watch on TV so I was going through the our DVR recordings and came across the season finale of SYTYCD. Of course I had to watch it, I knew I had it saved for a reason. They just showed the Bleeding Love dance and I was reminded of how breath taking it truly was. It amazes me how much someones talent can move you. It gave me chills and here I am to share it with you. Enjoy.

Long Island to the 90210

I'll start off by saying this will need to be a quick post. Hopefully I can accomplish such a task! So here it goes since my laptop is running out of battery and I'm not near an outlet.

I haven't been keeping up with this blog as frequently as I used to when I first got it... I guess it's just not the hippest thing to do lately! But I do feel the need to use it when the time is right, like today! Push Play has been in town for a few days now, in and out of meetings, and I am just so proud of them! Finally these boys are going to take a label, they got themselves pretty far but they need the support of major label with the release of their next album. It's so exciting to see someone I know personally doing something incredible like this. They have come so far, and they did it on their own(they wouldn't have it any other way). Quite a task in the industry these days!

I just wanted to tell you all to be on the lookout for them. Pretty soon they'll have a home at a label, a new CD, and they'll be spending a lot more time out here in California which is the most exciting thing to me! Plus, I got to see them today since they put on a small acoustic show in Beverly Hills so that was fun! I adore them and wish them all the best. They deserve it!

Now it's time for me to call it a night!
Oh and one last note- I could care less what anyone thinks about me spending time with bands. They're just normal guys who are my age and fun to be around. And its really only them and AllStar that I talk to. All the "groupie" comments... just ridiculous.

One size does not fit all

I haven't written anything in a little over a week yet I feel like I abandoned a child. I am writing a little something right now because I am frustrated... with my mouth. You are probably puzzled so I shall explain. My smile is not very wide if you may or may not have noticed. This makes going to the dentist a painful task. For example, when they want to take an x-ray and they shove the little piece of I dont even know what it is, in your mouth and you have to hold it there. Or when they have a million things in your mouth poking at your teeth. Granted, I know that no one enjoys this, but most of those tools fit inside a full adult mouth, and mine is more like a childs size. You cant even imagine how sore my jaw is at the end of each visit and how frustrating it is when the dentist asks you to open wider and it is not physically possible.

I haven't been to the dentist in a couple months so I'll tell you what the most recent cause of my grief is. Today I decided to buy whitestrips for my teeth as a simple attempt to enjoy my tiny mouth a little more. Well it is not so easy. First, the strip for the top of your teeth is ridiculously long... and doesn't fit in my mouth very well :( My smile is just not wide enough, then the bottom strip is really thick which present another problem. My bottom teeth aren't that large so the strip is a little big for me. These are definitely not one size fits all!

This was rather pointless and not well written but it killed some time for me! Only ten more minutes with these bad boys and I can go to sleep!

PS... here is a new picture of my little nephew from when I went to San Diego this weekend.
